Each plywood sheet is slightly smaller, about 1/4", due to saw blade kerf during cutting. The material boasts no knots or patches on either side. To prevent warping, store sheets flat with weight on top. In our laser shop, we use this material daily, finding the wood core cuts cleaner and faster than MDF, enabling us to produce more in less time.
