𝐔𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝟏. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 Mount the actuator onto the automotive turbocharger. Then, connect the actuator to the calibration box using the designated interface. (Note: For this calibration example, the actuator is not installed on the turbocharger.) 𝟐. 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 Connect the included 12V power adapter to a 100V–220V (50Hz/60Hz) AC outlet. Plug the other end into the power input port of the calibration box. 𝟑. 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 Once the calibration box is powered on, a red indicator light will turn on. Press the blue button to start the calibration process. The actuator will perform left and right movement. When it stops, the calibration is complete, and the blue indicator light will turn on. 𝟒. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 After calibration is complete: Turn off the power and disconnect the 12V power supply and Disconnect the actuator from the calibration box.
